नई दिल्ली। म्यूजिक इंडस्ट्री के सबसे प्रतिष्ठित पुरस्कार ग्रैमी अवार्ड 2022 (Grammy Awards 2022) अमेरिका के लास वेगास (Las Vegas) के एमजीएम ग्रैंड गार्डन एरिना में आयोजित किया गया। 64वें वार्षिक ‘ग्रैमी अवॉर्ड्स’ के दौरान ‘इन मेमोरियम’ सेक्शन में प्रसिद्ध भारतीय पार्श्व गायिका लता मंगेशकर को भी बाहर कर दिया। 2022 के ग्रैमीज इन मेमोरियम सेगमेंट ने लेट ब्रॉडवे म्यूजिशियन स्टीफन सोंडाइम, टेलर हॉकिन्स और टॉम पार्कर को श्रद्धांजलि दी गई मगर इस लिस्ट से भारतीय प्लेबैक सिंगर लता मंगेशकर और बप्पी लहिरी को बाहर कर दिया गया, जिनका इस साल निधन हो गया था। लता मंगेशकर का 92 साल की उम्र में इस वर्ष छह जनवरी को निधन हो गया था।
श्रद्धांजलि समारोह में लता मंगेशकर का नाम नहीं लिए जाने पर ट्विटर पर प्रशंसकों का गुस्सा फुट पड़ा। सोशल मीडिया पर एक फैन ने लिखा, “आज शाम इन मेमोरियम सेगमेंट में आपने प्रतिष्ठित और महान गायिका #लता मंगेशकर, @mangeshkarlata को कैसे भूल गए?” वहीं, दूसरे फैंन ने लिखा, लता मंगेशकर ग्रैमीज में पिछले साल मरने वाले सभी म्यूजिशियंस को याद किया। लता मंगेशकर को याद न करके उनसे बड़ी चूक हुई है।

First the Oscars, now no mention of #LataMangeshkar in the In Memoriam of the #GRAMMYs either. How clueless are these executives? Lataji was a bigger star than everyone on that Grammy stage tonight.

So the in-memoriam segment of #GRAMMYs, just like the #Oscars2022, doesn’t include legendary #LataMangeshkar.
